Thesechangeswillbeapplicableasof31December2011. Themainchangesstemfrom: • thereviewedframeworksforsecuritisations(includingre-securitisations)inthebankingandthetradingbook; • therevisedprovisionswithregardtomarketrisk,includingnewcorrelationtradingprovisionsorreviewedprovisionsforinternalmodels(e.g.stressedVaR); • theextensionofsettlement/deliveryrisksrequirementstothenon-tradingbook. TheEBAiscurrentlyworkingonthedevelopmentofuniformreportingstandardsinaccordancewithArt.74(2)ofDirective2006/48/EC(asamendedbyArt.9(21)ofDirective2010/78/EUof24November2010)whichstatesthat"InordertoensureuniformconditionsofapplicationofthisDirective,forthecommunicationofthosecalculationsbycreditinstitutions,thecompetentauthoritiesshallapply,from31December2012,uniformformats,frequenciesanddatesofreporting.InordertoensureuniformconditionsofapplicationofthisDirective,EBAshalldevelopdraftimplementingtechnicalstandardstointroduce,withintheUnion,uniformformats(withassociatedinstructions),frequenciesanddatesofreportingbefore1January2012."
