Thisproblemoccursifthefollowingconditionsaretrue: •YouareinterruptedwhenyoutrytoaddadocumentinthePayablesTransactionEntrywindow. •Aftertheinterruption,thedocumentisnotdisplayedinthePayablesTransactionInquirywindow. •Then,youtrytotypethesamedocumentnumberinthePayablesTransactionEntrywindow. CAUSE ThisproblemoccursbecausearecordforthisdocumentwasaddedtothePMKeyMastertable(PM00400).But,arecordforthisdocumentwasnotaddedtothePMTransactionWorktable(PM10000). RESOLUTION Toresolvethisproblem,removetherecordfromthePM00400table.Todothis,followthesesteps.NoteBeforeyoufollowtheinstructionsinthisarticle,makesurethatyouhaveacompletebackupcopyofthedatabasethatyoucanrestoreifaproblemoccurs. 1. Usetheappropriatestep,dependingonwhetheryouareusingMicrosoftSQLServerorMicrosoftSQLServerDesktopEngine(alsoknownasMSDE2000): •IfyouareusingMicrosoftSQLServer2005,startSQLServerManagementStudio.Todothis,clickStart,clickAllPrograms,clickMicrosoftSQLServer2005,andthenclickSQLServerManagementStudio. •IfyouareusingMicrosoftSQLServer2000,startSQLQueryAnalyzer.Todothis,clickStart,clickPrograms,clickMicrosoftSQLServer,andthenclickQueryAnalyzer. •IfyouareusingMSDE2000,startSupportAdministratorConsole.Todothis,click Start,click Programs,click MicrosoftAdministratorConsole,andthenclick SupportAdministratorConsole. •IfyouareusingMicrosoftSQLServer2008,startSQLQueryAnalyzer.Todothis,click Start,click Programs,click MicrosoftSQLServer2008,andthenclick SQLServerManagementStudio. •IfyouareusingMicrosoftSQLServer2008R2,startSQLServerManagementStudio.Todothis,click Start,clickAllPrograms,click MicrosoftSQLServer,2008R2andthenclickSQLServerManagementStudio. •IfyouareusingMicrosoftSQLServer2012,startSQLServerManagementStudio.Todothis,click Start,click  AllPrograms,click MicrosoftSQLServer2012,andthenclick SQLServerManagementStudio. 2. Runthefollowingstatementsagainstthecompanydatabase toverifywhattablethedocumentexistsin: select*fromPM00400whereCNTRLNUM='XXXX'andVENDORID='VVVV' select*fromPM10000whereVCHRNMBR='XXXX'andVENDORID='VVVV' NoteReplacethe 3. Confirmthattheresultsareforthetransactionthatwasinterrupted.andthattheconditionexistswherethedocumentexistsinthePM00400PMKeystableandnotinthePM10000TransactionWorktable. 4.
