So,inthetransactionyouneedthesefieldsinthesamecolumns,sothere’sadescriptionfield,purchaseamount,discount,freight,miscellaneousdocumentnumber,purchaseorder,andcashamount.Andthenifyou’reusingthedefault,thenyoudon’tneedtoimportthesedistributions,butifyou’renotusingthatthenyoucancopypastethedistributionstoo. So,forthatyouneedthesefivecolumns,youhavetohavealinenumber,thenyouputinallyouraccountnumbers,thenyouhavethedistributiontype,andthenyouhaveyourdebitsandcredits.So,let’sseehowthislooksinGP.So,we’regoingtoopenourPayablesTransactionEntrywindow,andunfortunatelyyoucannotcopytheVendorID.SowehavetomanuallyentertheVendorID.So,let’sassumewe’recreatingatransactionforAceTravel.So,I’llselectthat,andnowyouhavetocopyyourdistributionfirst,beforeyoucopyyouractualtransactions. So,let’sjustgotothedistributiontab.I’llopenmyExcel,let’sgotodistribution,andwe’llcopyalltherowsexcepttheheader.So,copythat,I’llgobacktomyGP,andI’lljusthitPaste.it’llusuallypopupanerrorreportthattellsyouwhatneedstobefixed,so,inthiscase,thislooksgoodsowehitOK.Yeah,it’sgoingtothrowthismessagewhichwecanignorebecausenowwe’regoingtocopypastethetransaction,whichwillgetridoftheseerrors.
