依考量產品原材料的特性，使產品廢棄時能將其材料或未損壞的零部件透過環保性質之回收、再循環、再利用的材質。

經文獻分析探討，傳統開發產品過程往往會產生大量不必要的耗材。

近期，藉由電腦3D模擬結構，可客製化與少量多樣化的性質製作，被運用在各類產品之中。

若以創作產品設計中在產品研發製程週期，優先考慮產品打樣材料對環境是否污染做為初步概念，使用過後充分運用產品原材料的特性，會讓自然環境下容易降解和易於回收的材料，在廢棄處理或製造過程中用綠色4R概念將降低產品開發過程的不必要浪費。

本研究經由:綠色設計「4R」概念Reduce(減量)、Reuse(再使用)、Recycle(回收)、Regeneration(再生)之觀點，透過案例分析來探討是否再生技術如何運用於產品製程，其次並評估周圍環境日常生活中所使用的產品，能否有別於傳統開發製程中的打樣製作，藉以改變產品設計的製作，並經構想發展為；紙箱椅、可收折式鍵盤及瓦楞紙貓抓板等三款創作。

期望融合綠色設計4R手法，改善產品開發過程中不必要之廢棄物處理所產生的危害與浪費，並延伸綠色4R理念，讓產品設計製程更能感受到產品對環境友善之本質、降低自然資源之使用，提供永續設計之參考。

TheutilizationoftheconceptofIndustry4.0thrivedinthe21stcentury,featuredbytheshorteningofthetimeofdevelopmentandtest,mayenhancesthereductionoftheresourcecost,savesthetimeofmaterialfeedingandmanufacturingforproductdesignanddevelopment;inaddition,andreducesthematerialwearoutduringtheprocessofdevelopment.Inaddition,theconcepttakesintoaccountofthepropertiesofthematerialandincludestheprocessofrecyclingandreutilizingthematerialorundamagedcomponentastheproductsarerejectedtoavoidthesignificantmaterialwasteinthetraditionalprocess. Inrecentyears,the3Dsimulationiswidelyusedinproductdesigntomeetthedemandofcustomizationandthatofsmall-volumeproductionofawiderangeofdifferentitems.Thus,ifcompaniesmayconsiderthepotentialenvironmentalpollutionintheinitialdesignphase,theymaychoosedegradableandrecyclablematerialtoproducesamplesandutilizetheconceptof4Rtoavoidunnecessarywasteintheprocessofmanufacturingandwastemanagement. Thestudyutilizedtheconceptofgreendesignof4R,Reduce,Reuse,Recycle,andRegeneration,todevelopthewaysofusingregenerationtechnologiesinproductmanufacturinganddesignandtoassessthepotentialutilizationofdailyproduct;thestudydevelopsthreekindsofproduct,cartonchair,foldablekeyboard,andcatscratchcardboard,hopingtoproposeaprocessofutilizing4Rmethod,reducingthewasteresultingintheprocessofproduction,andextendingthe4Rgreenconcepttoexploretheeco-friendlynatureofproductdesignandtoreducetheusingofnaturalresource.
